It is Dutch Law here (to end all emotions). Hoofdregel van de Rijkswet op het Nederlanderschap is dat iemand Nederlander is, als op het moment van geboorte één der ouders Nederlander is. De rijkswet trad in 1984 in werking. basic rule of this law is somebody has Netherlands Nationality if on the moment of birth 1 parent has Netherlands nationality. No matter where it is born born.
